Shipping & Returns

Our Shipping Policy

As we are a print on demand company at this stage from time of placement of order to completion of printing will be approx. 1 week with an additional 3-5 days for delivery, based on stock availability.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Black Rain Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return your item/s for a store credit as we do not refund for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

Items will only be accepted if returned in 100% original condition: unworn, unwashed, un-perfumed, free from make-up and within 7 days of purchase

Customers must cover the postage costs to and from, with returns.

Items that do not satisfy with the above conditions will not be accepted and the customer will be notified.
